Healthy Life Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential assessment, short-term counseling and referral service for employees and household members. Problems are a part of everyday life, but when they become a distraction, it may be time to talk with a professional. An EAP counselor can help identify and address the issues, and help an employee or household member plan strategies for dealing with them. Our EAP has been very well received by management and employees in a wide range of businesses, institutions and organizations we serve.  Services include:

Confidentiality commitment - Participation in the EAP is confidential. No one will reveal any information provided during an assessment or counseling session without written permission. However, under duty to warn provisions of the law, we may be required to release information where the life or safety of an individual is threatened.
